Refund

  • No returns or refunds on any orders. To be eligible for a return or refund product must arrive damaged. Evidence of a damaged product must be sent to Ziegler’s Statuary within 24 hours of the product being delivered along with photos of the entire product, packing material, shipping box/pallet, and any exterior damage to the packaging. If product is received damaged, we must first have an approved claim with the shipping service provider before a refund is issued. Without evidence and pictures of all the items listed above within the first 24 hours after delivery we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping service provider and will no longer be able to submit the claim or issue a refund because the provider will deny responsibility after the claim period expires.   • To start a return, you can contact us at zieglers.statuary@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping of the product/s back to Ziegler’s Stataury. If your return is accepted, we’ll process refund within 3-5 business days of acceptance. 

  • You can always contact us for any return question at zieglers.statuary@gmail.com.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  •  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

In store pickups

  • In store pickups have to be done within the two weeks of the confirmation that your piece is ready for pickup. If the two weeks pass and you have not picked up the product/s, Ziegler’s Statuary will take back full ownership of the piece and no refund will be given. 

  • No refunds or exchanges are given for pieces meant for in store pick up.
